Job introduction

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who profoundly understands prospecting and develops strong customer relationships. Should work as an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our overseas clientele. Must have at least 4 years of experience in qualified lead generation in an IT Services based company. Should use an enthusiastic approach with logical and techno-functional skills to generate high-volume outbound telephone calls to international enterprise customers, SMEs, and Fortune 500 / 1000 companies. The goal is to generate and close leads exclusively for designing and developing Marketing Websites, Web Applications, and Mobile Apps.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The strategic role will ensure a 360-degree service experience for our customers, including engagement, enablement, conflict management or resolution, and dealing with customer escalations.
  • Generate sales through personal contact, prospecting, business case justification, demonstrations, phone calls, and written proposals.
  • Present the project and pitch to close the sale.
  • Plan and overview new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Find new overseas markets and improve sales.
  • Contact potential clients and prepare quotes to send proposals to clients.
  • Obtain new business deals.
  • Build a sales team in 6 to 9 months and lead them.

Basic qualifications

  • Ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
  • Must have work experience in a software service company which do web or mobile app projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Outbound Calling, and Business Development.
  • Demonstrative ability to establish customer relationships specializing in technology implementations and digital transformations.
  • Experience in International Sales, Tech Sales in US / UK / AU / Middle East Markets.
  • Experience in outbound calling that results in qualifying C- level, VP and Director-level, Head IT / Manager IT, and Business Owners contacts
  • Fluency in English and Hindi with expertise in verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in listening and understanding clients' requirements and problems.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and with a strong results orientation.
  • Ability to work urgently in a competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Prior working experience with large, multi-dimensional, complex global partners.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • We are looking for a minimum of 2 years of an experienced tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
  • Must have critical thinking skills and previously worked in a software development company.
