Job introduction

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in writing pythonic code.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with front-end developers and team leaders to do the necessary backend things.
  • Write reusable, testable, scalable, and efficient code using Python.
  • Knowledge of testing and debugging applications.
  • Knowledge of developing backend components.
  • Integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic and data storage solutions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs/Services.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Should have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Python Developer.
  • Knowledge of REST API development and ORMs like SQL Alchemy
  • Experience in working on PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
  • Knowledge of Falcon framework
  • Understanding multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python
  • Understanding of server-side templating languages like Jinja 2
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system
  • Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required
  • Understanding of code versioning tools (Git)

Good to have

  • Knowledge of other languages like NodeJs and PHP
  • Knowledge in working on NoSQL databases (Neo4j, MongoDB etc.)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
  • CI/CD - DevOps knowledge
